The love of smoking meat was the inspiration for this flavor rich salsa. Take the Original, smoked on my trusty pellet grill smoker, and the results are not surprising. A flavor that will keep you coming back. Choose from the same heat levels as the Original, and prepare for your taste buds to dance.

The Story
Back in the summer of 2007 I had picked up takeout from a local Mexican establishment. As I was enjoying their chips and salsa, I said to myself, “I can do this!” A few ingredients later, The Salsa Boss was born. From that day forward the recipe never changed and for 14 years this salsa recipe has made the rounds to picnics, tailgates, and pool parties. It’s also been a great addition to chili, guacamole, and queso along the way. If I had a dime for every time I heard someone say “Dude, you need to market this”, my fortune would already have been made. From our kitchen to yours, the promise will remain constant…Always Fresh…Always Tasty. You be the judge.
